Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor for the Lobby Lounge and Pastry Shop to lead daily restaurant operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure top-quality service. The role partners with managers to optimize service, sales, and guest satisfaction while controlling costs and maintaining health & safety standards.

You will oversee staff training, inventory management, and collaboration with marketing efforts to boost traffic and revenue in a fast-paced luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years F&B experience in the same position, preferably in an Integrated Resort/5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; reservation system and POS experience.
• Experience with inventory management software, CRM tools, and roster management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to improve service and enforce policies.
• Review end-of-day sales, cashier audits, and cash turnover to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and order materials as needed.
• Prepare facilities maintenance reports to control costs and extend equipment life.
• Motivate team through meetings and open communication to enhance guest relations.
• Conduct internal training and provide materials on products and trends.
• Assist with inventory levels and stock rotation for cost-effectiveness.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive restaurant traffic.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
