Bluewater Resorts in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an experienced F&B Service Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage outlets across the island resort, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will lead and develop the F&B service team, monitor costs and service standards, and coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Relocation to the island resort is required, with shifting schedules and weekend/holiday work.
The F&B Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with hotel standards. The role leads the F&B service team, drives guest satisfaction, manages costs, and ensures smooth operations in an island resort environment.
Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet, and other F&B service outlets.
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service and dining experience.
Lead, train, coach, and develop F&B service team members.
Monitor service standards, outlet cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Develop work schedules, manpower planning, and operational assignments.
Monitor F&B costs, inventory, supplies, and operational expenses.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
Implement company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
Assist in planning promotions, special events, and F&B initiatives.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support resort activities, banquets, and special functions.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role in a hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, cost control, and guest relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling large teams and multiple F&B outlets is an advantage.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hotel service standards.
Willing to relocate and stay in an island resort location.
Comfortable working in a remote island environment with limited access to city resources.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and operational requirements.
Adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage challenges in an island setup.
