Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets in a luxury casino environment. You will drive service excellence, revenue growth, and guest experiences while managing 24/7 operations and large teams.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent excellence in service, product quality, and guest experience. Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager – F&B, the Senior Manager acts as an operational leader who supports strategic initiatives, drives financial performance, develops strong teams, and ensures the division delivers in line with brand standards and business objectives.
Strong casino F&B operations and high-volume service management.
Excellent understanding of VIP and high-value gaming patron service.
Proven ability to drive revenue and guest spend within casino F&B.
Strong guest engagement and relationship management.
Experience managing 24/7 or extended-hour operations.
Exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, coaching and team performance management.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and service areas simultaneously.
Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost control.
Understanding of gaming-floor F&B operations and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive F&B experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Background in luxury hotels, integrated resorts, or high-volume fine dining operations preferred.
Strong operational knowledge across restaurants, bars, lounges, and banqueting.
Demonstrated financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost control.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Solid knowledge of current F&B trends, mixology, wine & beverage programs, and service excellence standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging VIPs and external partners (casino and mall executives included).
Ability to balance guest experience with operational efficiency and business profitability.
Familiarity with HACCP, food safety, and international hygiene standards.
Proficiency in F&B management systems (Micros/Simphony, Opera, Delphi, or similar) and MS Office applications.
