Job summary

Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead Supervisors, Bartenders, and F&B staff. You will ensure service standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across shifts at NUSTAR Resort Cebu.

You should bring at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a 4–5-star setting, strong English skills, and solid F&B knowledge. Flexibility for multiple shifts and outlets is required, along with a professional appearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• Three (3) years' supervisory experience in a 4–5-star hotel or quality restaurant.
• Good command in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work any day and any shift.
• Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Team player.
• F&B product and service knowledge.
• Knowledge of different Cuisines, wines, cocktails or mixed drinks, its preparation and service in detail.
• Alert with F&B related trends.
• Advance customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Training experience in compulsory.
• Computer Literate with business report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operation, supervise Supervisors, Bartenders, and F&B Associates on shifts.
• Ensure service standards and guest needs are met.
• Be knowledgeable about cuisines, wines, cocktails, and beverages.
• Monitor progress toward financial goals and discuss variances.
• Prepare to work in other F&B outlets when required.
• Assist to achieve financial, service, and related goals.
• Collaborate on promotions to boost revenue and profitability.
• Monitor cashiering procedures in line with accounting standards.
• Minimize wastage and maintain labor productivity.
• Inspect table setups for cleanliness and order.
• Review reservations and assign tables; handle special requests.
• Ensure menu and wine lists are available and in good condition.
• Address guest complaints and unexpected situations.
• Supervise, mentor, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
• Create a teamwork-focused environment and recognize performance.
