Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the F&B operation in the assigned outlets. You will manage staffing, customer service, and product quality, delegating duties to the assistant manager to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to hotel standards.

The role requires a hospitality degree, extensive hotel restaurant experience, and a passion for engaging guests while driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in an international hotel and 2 years in the same capacity.
• Well-versed in hotel restaurant operations.
• Up to date with new trends in the market.
• Knowledgeable in P&L reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, management and performance of the F&B outlet(s) under supervision.
• Handle staffing, customer service and product quality in day-to-day operations.
• Delegate duties to the assistant manager to ensure smooth functioning of all F&B areas.
• Ensure procedures and hotel standards are applied consistently.
