Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in retail, supermarket, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory, costing, and F&B operations.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Food and Beverage section to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profit, and operational targets.
• Monitor sales performance, expenses, inventory, product availability, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation, service, and customer experience.
• Monitor product costing, pricing, portion control, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments to support business requirements.
• Analyze sales and operational reports and recommend appropriate actions to improve performance.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Prepare manpower schedules and ensure proper staffing based on business needs.
• Conduct regular store/area inspections and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and process improvements.
• Ensure proper implementation of company programs, promotions, and initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
