Casto is seeking a Division Manager – F&A Shared Services to lead finance transformation and growth across multi-industry clients. You will drive end-to-end F&A operations, ERP integrations, and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance and high service quality.

The role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in FP&A, GL close, tax, and client onboarding, able to scale a multi-client SSC and manage global operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a highly analytical business discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting/financial operations experience, incl. 3 years in a service delivery leadership role.
• Experience building/scaling/transforming a multi-client Shared Services operation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end F&A processes (reporting, GL, FP&A, billing, collections).
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel/BI proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, audit procedures, and compliance.
• Experience in onboarding, service delivery governance, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Commercial acumen, client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication; ability to lead business transformation with growth, efficiency, quality, and risk management.

• Drive strategic expansion and business transformation by launching corporate finance services beyond travel.
• Lead end-to-end F&A service delivery across FP&A, GL close, tax reporting, fixed assets, billing, and collections.
• Oversee travel accounting nuances (ARC/IATA), airline commission tracking, multi‑GDS accounting.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs; build relationships with enterprise clients; oversee onboarding and governance.
• Oversee ERP integration and modernization (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle); drive automation with RPA, OCR, BI tools.
