Job summary

HANCOLE CORPORATION is seeking a logistics professional to handle export documentation and coordinate shipments. The role focuses on preparing invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates, while ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with shipping lines and brokers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on logistics experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics, export documentation, or a related role.
• Excellent work discipline, strong attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and effective coordination with freight forwarders/brokers.
• Willing to work on-site at Ortigas Center

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process accurate export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates, etc.)
• Coordinate closely with shipping lines, forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments
• Track shipment statuses and proactively resolve any logistics or documentation discrepancies
• Maintain organized filing systems and track logistics data/records accurately
