Job summary

You will coordinate with operations teams and customers, handling escalations and maintaining performance data. Applicants should have warehousing background, multiskill capability, and experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System.

• Review and respond to email and shipment requests; monitor order allocation and transit status.
• Coordinate with operations teams, supervisors, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Expedite-related issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, records, and performance-tracking data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant Expedite operations while meeting customer and operational requirements.
• Manage and monitor expedite orders from request receipt through shipment completion to achieve on-time delivery.
• Review and respond to email and shipment requests; monitor order allocation and transit status.
• Coordinate with operations teams, supervisors, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Expedite-related issues and escalations.
• Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Maintain accurate operational reports, records, and performance-tracking data.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service performance, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Support the creation, review, and implementation of SOPs, WIs, and process best practices.
• Attend daily Performance Dialogue (PD), conduct daily 5S activities, and participate in audits and Gemba walks.
• Support training, cross-training, mentoring, and onboarding of team members.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and Kaizen opportunities.
• Promote teamwork, safety, quality, and a positive work environment.
• Participate in performance reviews, recognition programs, and other employee development activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold DHL service standards and reputation.
