Osrem Global Communication Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Expansion & Site Development to coordinate multi-site openings across Metro Manila. You will manage complex portfolios, align cross-functional teams, and ensure openings occur on schedule.

You will track milestones, maintain dashboards and risk registers, and drive delivery from planning through opening, while guiding senior management and site teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in project management or PMO roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple site expansion projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage portfolio of expansion, site development, construction, pre-opening, and completed projects.
• Track milestones, openings dates, risks, blockers, decisions.
• Maintain dashboards, schedules, Gantt charts, trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Admin, Legal, Regulatory, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing.
• Monitor deliverables, update dates, document corrective actions.
• Maintain integrated schedules and critical path monitoring.
• Flag overdue tasks and delays impacting openings.
• Maintain risk/issue/decision trackers with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and executive reports.
• Maintain pre-opening readiness checklists across functions.
