Job summary

Excis Compliance is seeking a Partner Account Manager in the Philippines to oversee and grow a global network of subcontractor partners. You will drive partner performance, manage contracts and rates, resolve escalations, and identify new partnership opportunities aligned with growth objectives.

You will nurture strategic relationships, lead SLA and rate-card negotiations, and monitor KPIs across time zones to ensure cost-effective operations and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business, Management, or related field.
• Experience in account/partner/vendor management in IT services.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts across countries/time zones.
• Analytical mindset focused on service performance and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture strategic relationships with subcontractor partners as primary contact.
• Lead preparation, negotiation, and maintenance of SLAs and rate cards.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, and onboard new subcontractors to meet capacity.
