Job summary

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to learn enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance exhibitor experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience dealing with stakeholders globally.
• Experience in voice / non-voice setup and using Salesforce basics.
• Familiar with Exhibitor Dashboard and badge registration systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephonic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and account management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the main post-sale contact for exhibitors and resolve inquiries.
• Support onboarding, onboarding process, and value delivery for exhibitors.
• Assist in sales-journey activities: prospecting, nurturing, upselling, servicing.
• Maintain exhibitor profiles and match across Atlas dashboards.
• Utilize Salesforce to log activities and schedule follow-ups.
• Guide exhibitors through registration and digital product awareness.
• Own the success of each exhibitor and manage business goals.
