Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
3–5 years in CRM, Customer Experience, or Account Management with managerial experience.
Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset to translate insights into actions.
CRM, Customer Experience, or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer relationship strategies that support brand objectives and enhance loyalty.
Manage customer interactions across channels and ensure timely, professional resolution.
Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve experience.
Lead customer retention initiatives including loyalty programs and surveys.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, and E-Commerce for a seamless journey.
Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, service performance, and retention.
