Job summary

The VITO Group in the Philippines seeks a Vice President for Engineering - Technical to lead all engineering and technical operations. You will steer project development, QA/QC, and construction quality, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include setting technical direction, coordinating with operations, and driving value engineering across land development, horizontal and vertical construction, and property management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; licensed preferred.
• Master’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering and construction experience.
• At least 8 years in a senior leadership role in real estate or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering, technical operations, project development support, QA/QC, and construction quality management.
• Provide strategic leadership to Engineering, Construction Management, QA/QC, Project Monitoring, Technical Audit, and Property Technical Services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, compliant with regulations, and aligned with quality standards.
