Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Engineering Division Head (AVP/VP) to lead the engineering function, set strategic direction across projects, and drive technical operations.

This role oversees planning through execution, ensures on-budget, on-time delivery, safety, and quality, and leads engineering and technical teams, coordinating with construction, procurement, and finance. Onsite in Mandaluyong, Monday to Friday, you will mentor staff and shape standards for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Experience leading an engineering division or large team.
• Experience in construction, property development, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Strong background in project management, budgeting, cost control, and technical operations.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Engineering Division and its overall operations.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee engineering projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead, manage, and develop engineering and technical teams.
• Review and monitor project plans, technical designs, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate with construction, project management, procurement, finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other technical partners.
• Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
