About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Division Head (AVP/VP) to lead the overall engineering function and provide strategic direction across projects, technical operations, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Engineering Division and its overall operations
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee engineering projects from planning through execution and completion
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards
• Lead, manage, and develop engineering and technical teams
• Review and monitor project plans, technical designs, budgets, and progress
• Coordinate with construction, project management, procurement, finance, and other key stakeholders
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other technical partners
• Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, safety requirements, and relevant regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience
• Proven experience leading an engineering division or large engineering team
• Experience in construction, property development, real estate, or related industries is preferred
• Strong background in project management, budgeting, cost control, and technical operations
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
