Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking a Franchise Officer – Food & Beverage to manage franchisee relationships, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with standards. The role involves regular branch visits and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in franchising or F&B, with strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of franchising, F&B operations, or business development experience.
• Experience handling franchisees or multiple food & beverage branches is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations and franchise management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct branch visits and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
• Monitor franchise branch operations, sales performance, and compliance.
• Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with franchisees on operational concerns.
• Assist franchisees with operational requirements, concerns, and business needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other departments regarding franchise matters.
• Monitor franchise agreements, permits, licenses, and other required documents.
• Prepare franchise performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Assist in implementing company policies, promotions, and operational programs.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across franchise branches.
