Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the operational performance of our restaurant brands. The role focuses on driving growth, maximizing profitability, and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.

You will coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure standards, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences while analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior ops management role.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations, brands, or business units.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Willing to travel extensively for branch visits and operational reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the overall performance of multiple restaurant brands and branches.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Lead and mentor Area Managers, Operations Managers, and Restaurant Managers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, labor, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze sales, labor, food costs, and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead expansion initiatives, store openings, and operational improvement projects.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and customer satisfaction across all locations.
• Conduct regular business reviews, operational audits, and branch visits.
