Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment coordination or executive recruiting support experience.
• Experience coordinating executive interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Experience with travel/expense reporting and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for executive-level candidates across time zones.
• Manage complex calendar coordination between candidates, recruiters and leaders.
• Arrange candidate travel including flights, hotels, and transportation for onsite interviews.
• Prepare interview itineraries and travel details for teams and candidates.
• Ensure recruitment records are accurate and compliant with policies and privacy requirements.
• Support recruitment requisitions and documentation and assist with reporting.
