Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a capable Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and successful placements.

You will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, review resumes, and partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, while keeping ATS/CRM records up to date and delivering timely updates on progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (preferred).
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and job boards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening/interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Manage offers and support offer negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring.
