Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is seeking an End-to-End Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates via job boards and referrals, screen resumes, conduct pre-screening, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications through the process.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• 9–12 months of US recruitment experience required.
• Experience in Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Pre-screen candidates based on client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the process.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients or hiring managers.
• Manage candidate documentation (resumes, certifications, licenses, etc.).
• Conduct reference and background checks when required.
