Job summary

Asian Paints Limited is seeking a proactive Senior Salesperson to join our décor showroom in Ahmedabad. You will drive store-level sales, manage customers through the sales funnel, and coordinate with the central training team for grooming and recruitment.

You will lead a small team, focus on operational excellence, and use digital journey tools to boost customer conversions while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales thru store staff and improve GMV and revenue.
• Maintain customer level index and drive conversion.
• Serve as SPOC for order servicing with Sleek/Bath/UPVC and dealers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for dealer health and issue resolution.
• Lead on-ground demand generation and training with central teams.
• Recruitment and grooming of team in coordination with training teams.
• Ensure store hygiene and operational excellence, including digital journey adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Driving Sales thru store staff
• Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
• Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff.
• Maintain customer level Index.
• Meeting customers for conversion
• Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same.
• Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT
• Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
• Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC
• Execution of Hygiene areas
• Drive Store Operational excellence
