Job summary

SRS Life Sciences Inc. is seeking a reliable Driver / Personal Assistant to provide safe transportation and day-to-day support to the General Manager. The role includes handling vehicle-related tasks, admin duties, and basic office support.

Responsibilities include driving the GM to appointments, maintaining the company vehicle, and coordinating errands with the Admin team. A service-oriented mindset and strict adherence to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist the General Manager with errands, tasks, and day-to-day requirements.
• Safely transport the GM to appointments, meetings, events and other destinations.
• Ensure passenger comfort, safety and privacy while providing courteous service.
• Assist with personal or business-related errands as needed.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
• Adhere to vehicle-use policies (no smoking, no eating in car, switch off AC on standby).
• Handle fuel, parking, mileage logging and other vehicle-related admin tasks.
• Deliver and pick up letters, payments, packages and documents as requested by Admin staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
