• Safely transport executives, senior management, and VIP guests to meetings and official destinations.
• Ensure timely pick‑up and drop‑off, planning routes to avoid delays.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding movements, schedules and company matters.
• Drive for errands and administrative tasks when required.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well‑maintained, and presentable for executive use.
• Regularly inspect vehicles for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a vehicle logbook including the ODO and trips.
• Report accidents, delays, or mechanical issues immediately.
• Observe traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Remain flexible for extended hours or urgent travel requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, discreet, and efficient transportation services primarily for company executives and VIP guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality, while also supporting general administrative transportation needs and ensuring assigned vehicles are maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives, senior management, and VIP guests to meetings, events, airports, and other official destinations.
• Ensure timely pick‑up and drop‑off, planning routes in advance to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements, schedules, and company matters.
• Drive company vehicles for official errands such as document deliveries, government transactions, PMS, and other administrative tasks when required.
• Ensure vehicles are always clean, well‑maintained, and presentable for executive use.
• Regularly inspect vehicles for safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations (e.g., OR/CR, insurance).
• Maintain an accurate vehicle logbook including the ODO, documenting trips and any incidents.
• Immediately report accidents, delays, or mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety practices, and company driving policies at all times.
• Remain flexible for extended hours, shifting schedules, or urgent travel requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Affairs team or management.

Work Schedule

Provide assistance with loading/unloading luggage or materials for executives when necessary.
