Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a reliable Personal Driver & Executive Assistant to provide safe transportation while supporting the employer with personal, administrative, and executive tasks.

You will drive to meetings, maintain the vehicle, manage schedules and emails, coordinate with offices and clients, and handle errands with strict confidentiality. Flexibility with hours and willingness to travel within the Philippines are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and strong driving skills.
• Ability to drive SUVs and other vehicles, as applicable.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience as a Personal Driver, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, responsible, and work-oriented.
• Flexible with working hours depending on employer\'s schedule.
• Willing to travel outside Cagayan de Oro and anywhere in the Philippines when needed.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions properly.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and accompany the employer to meetings, appointments, business activities, and personal engagements.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and ensure it is always clean, safe, and in good condition.
• Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and daily itineraries.
• Assist with emails, documents, reports, online research, encoding, printing, and other computer-based tasks.
• Coordinate with employees, offices, suppliers, clients, and other contacts as instructed.
• Handle personal and business errands, document processing, bookings, reservations, and follow-ups.
• Assist during meetings and travel when needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.
