Responsibilities

• Provide driving support to employees, guests, and officers as authorized.

• Handle permits, registrations, renewals, and liaison-related transactions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel logs, mileage records, and maintenance documentation.
• Report vehicle concerns, repairs, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safe driving practices at all times.
