Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate studies (Masters/Doctorate) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role in education or in service/FMCG or multinational corporate sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across academics, operations, finance, and community development.
• Guide principals, teachers, and staff toward academic excellence and student development.
• Lead strategic planning, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and manage a strong leadership team aligned with the school's mission.
• Strengthen relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the Board through clear communication.
