Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Finance function.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead financial performance management and drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, financial controls, and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and develop the Finance team.
• Partner with business leaders on financial and strategic initiatives.
