Emapta Global in the Philippines is seeking an Executive Consumer Ops (CRM) to lead subscriber experiences across email, SMS, web, and digital channels for a premier Australian media client.

You will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, SQL, and CMS expertise to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, while collaborating with product, technology, and marketing teams. The role offers a hybrid work setup with strong career development and premium benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with CMS (WordPress VIP or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and SQL to support marketing operations and campaigns
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, or other channels

Responsibilities

• Manage CMS platforms supporting subscriber acquisition and digital audience growth
• Execute website content, branding, promos, testing, deployment, optimization, and QA activities
• Build, test, and deploy personalized email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
• Support customer engagement, dynamic pricing, and retention initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Execute multi-channel campaigns integrated with product notifications and social media
