Emapta Philippines is seeking an Executive Consumer Operations professional to optimize our CMS-driven subscriber programs and marketing campaigns. You will manage CMS updates, automation, and multi-channel campaigns to drive audience growth and retention.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with WordPress VIP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager, plus HTML and SQL skills. Enjoy a day shift, onsite work in Ortigas, and extensive training through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with WordPress VIP or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proficient in HTML and SQL.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMS platforms to grow audience and subscriber base.
• Oversee content, branding, and offer updates including testing and QA.
• Implement dynamic pricing and retention strategies with pricing teams.
• Improve conversion rates and automation across channels.
• Execute targeted email and SMS campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with partners to boost campaign performance.
• Maintain high-quality customer experiences and engagement metrics.
