Qualifications

• Background in executive management, project management, finance, strategy, or operations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to manage cross-functional coordination.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with Department Heads and Project Directors to align on Chairman's priorities.
• Track directives, commitments, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare executive meetings, dashboards, and key decision points for the Chairman.
• Follow up on critical matters until completion, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate across Assets, Revenue, and Controls functions for seamless execution.
• Maintain a clear Chairman's Priority and Action Tracker.
• Provide concise weekly reports on progress, issues, and priorities.
• Drive accountability and accelerate execution across the organization.
