PERSOL in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Licensing Administrative Support professional to assist with broadcast and film licence applications, renewals, updates, and terminations. You will liaise with licensees and applicants to gather documents, clarify details, monitor progress, and maintain SharePoint records for all licensing files.

Support the administration of Broadcast and Film licence applications, renewals, updates, and terminations.
Liaise with licensees and applicants to obtain supporting documents, clarify application details, and follow up on outstanding matters.
Coordinate licence renewal processes, monitor payment status, and assist with the issuance of payment reminders and acknowledgement letters.
Track and maintain key operational metrics, including licence renewals, outstanding payments, and monthly KPI reports.
Manage digital records by creating and maintaining folders in SharePoint and uploading application-related documents.
Assist in system testing activities, including defect logging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and verification of system fixes.
Perform any other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience in administrative, operational support, or licensing-related functions is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems is an added advantage.
Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, or system support is preferred.
Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong follow-up skills and a commitment to ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
