Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO. This role goes beyond admin tasks, requiring proactive thinking, discretion, and confident handling of sensitive employee-related matters.
You will manage the CEO's schedule, prepare reports, and coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with company policies and values, while upholding professionalism in all interactions.
Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO.
This is more than a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, handle sensitive matters, deal professionally with employees, and confidently manage challenging situations while ensuring that company policies, standards, and core values are upheld.
The successful candidate will be a trusted support to the CEO in executive, administrative, and employee-related matters.
Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CEO.
Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, reports, and important documents.
Monitor and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and directives from the CEO.
Coordinate with departments and employees to ensure proper implementation of management directives.
Assist in handling employee concerns, workplace conflicts and sensitive employee-related matters.
Help ensure that employee actions and management decisions are aligned with company policies and core values.
Handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and other documents as required.
Accompany the CEO to meetings, site visits, and other business activities when necessary.
Perform other executive and special assignments as directed by the CEO.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of solid experience in Executive Assistance, Executive Secretary, HR Administrative, or a similar role.
Must have prior experience in employee relations, particularly in handling employee concerns, conflicts, difficult employees, or sensitive workplace matters.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle difficult situations firmly, fairly, and professionally.
Strong understanding of confidentiality, accountability, company policies, and workplace professionalism.
Highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Stability and solid experience matter to us. Applicants with frequent job changes or multiple short-term employment records may not be considered. We are looking for someone with at least one year of meaningful experience and a proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
