Job summary

Inflection Club is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Community & Operations and the Director of Investments. You will own calendars, inboxes, and meeting logistics, ensuring the leaders stay focused on members and deals. This is a fully remote, async-first role in a private co-investment environment.

The role emphasizes anticipation, discretion, and proactive project coordination across time zones, with exposure to deal flow and investor-related activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an executive assistant, chief of staff associate, or operations coordinator supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a distributed team.
• Strong written communication and judgment under pressure.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage Directors' calendars, inboxes, and follow-ups; protect their time.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and materials for meetings and rounds.
• Coordinate projects and tasks across teams to keep priorities visible.
• Support member communications, onboarding logistics, and event coordination.
• Prepare weekly briefs on priorities and open items for Directors.
• Arrange travel, events, and admin tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
