Job summary

Care Center Clinic seeks an Executive Assistant to support senior management with administrative, analytical, and operational tasks, emphasising e-commerce performance, data analysis, and business reporting.

You will manage calendars, prepare reports and dashboards, track KPIs across websites and marketplaces, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely execution of priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years in executive assistance, business analysis, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience supporting senior management and handling confidential information.
• Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Monitor e-commerce performance across sites and marketplaces.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
