• Proactive, independent worker who flags issues early and follows through.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce store data, pricing updates, and product information with speed and accuracy.
• Oversee account activations and client access to ensure clinicians can order supplies without delay.
• Monitor store performance and resolve data issues or operational hiccups before they impact customers.
• Triage incoming customer service requests and coordinate with internal teams for fast resolutions.
• Support promotions, discount codes, and product launches with flawless execution.
• Maintain records of processes, changes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
