GECO Asia is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO in a hybrid role based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. The position requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and communications with discretion.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage executive priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality while operating in a fast-paced business environment.

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and other executive-level documentation.
Coordinate and monitor action items, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Organize company events, executive meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Support administrative and operational initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior executives or C-level leaders.
Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive schedules, and travel arrangements.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and anticipate leadership needs.
Experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, Founder, or other C-suite executive.
Exposure to multinational, consulting, technology, or fast-growing organizations.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and executive-level presentations.
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project management platforms.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
