• Design and produce presentations, proposals, documents and marketing materials that are visually strong and brand-consistent
• Manage tasks, deadlines, meetings and follow-ups across multiple client projects, and coordinate deliverables and handoffs
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude alongside project management platforms to streamline workflows, automate manual work and improve systems
• Support invoicing, bookkeeping, client enquiries, CRM, inboxes and calendars across Google Workspace and other platforms
