Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Responsibilities
To draft and review correspondences.
To manage the filing and data retrieval system.
To attend and take minutes of meeting.
To schedule and arrange meetings and appointments.
To manage travel, hotels and flight bookings.
To attend to any necessary activities as required from time to time.
Provide strong secretarial support to the CEO to manage their workload and activities.
Drafting and preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other documents.
Coordinate and maintain the electronic calendar of the CEO, including organizing of all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, attendance at conferences and seminars.
Organize and facilitate staff meetings, workshops and Board meetings.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems using designate protocols, and ensuring timely retrieval of documents.
Distribute papers from the CEO’s office and maintain a follow up system as required.
Manage correspondence and write responses on behalf of the CEO when required.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Support the CEO’s attendance and participate in a range of external meets through filing and timely provision of minutes, agendas, supporting documents.
Undertake project work as required.
