Job summary

JK Capital Finance Inc. is seeking a hands-on Program and Project Manager in the PMO to drive improvement and transformation programs from planning through execution, audit and measurement.

You will work across the commercial organization to design new customer processes, run planning sessions, and manage scorecards and KPIs with functional heads. This execution-first role requires end-to-end ownership of initiatives from planning to delivery, audit, and benefits realization, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience; financial services, lending, BPO or operations preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into structured programs with charters, scope, milestones, and logs.
• Run governance from initiation to closure with steering committees and stage gates.
• Design and re-engineer end-to-end customer processes (lead-to-loan, onboarding, KYC, loan releasing).
• Apply DMAIC to cut defects, cycle time and cost; set baselines and control plans.
• Lead digital transformation projects including CRM, sales workflow automation, dashboards, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Run vendor selection and manage delivery against defined outcomes.
• Facilitate planning sessions and cascade goals into scorecards and KPIs.
• Own the scorecard cadence; define metrics and publish dashboards.
