Job summary

Metrobank seeks a Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead a major digital transformation initiative. You will establish governance, monitor KPIs, and provide centralized project support to the team, working with senior leadership and cross-functional units.

Responsibilities include ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and driving continuous improvement across programs. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proven PMO experience in complex organizations, preferably in financial services.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager with direct team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, templates, standards, and escalation procedures.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs across all program workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide centralized project management support and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and alignment among project teams and workstreams.
• Support delivery managers in addressing challenges and escalating issues.
