Job summary

You will coordinate with departments, conduct briefings, manage safety programs, and ensure timely upkeep of facilities. The role requires leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• At least college level or equivalent; HRM or related course preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor in the same capacity.
• Fluent in both oral and written Filipino & English; Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
• Computer literate; MS Office programs; Knowledge of Property Management Systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspects the hotel public areas and gaming areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Keeps up to date on safety, sanitation and hygiene rules; enforces standards across EVS staff.
• Leads briefing/debriefing, conducts staff training, and coaches team members as needed.
• Ensures performance appraisals are fair and constructive; supports staff development.
• Maintains daily logs, coordinates with departments, and ensures timely turnaround of out-of-order areas.
• Contributes to annual operating budget, CAPEX proposals, and environmental safety programs.
