Job summary

Uma Nota Philippines Inc. is seeking an Events Sales Associate to drive event revenue through outbound sales, lead generation, and relationship building with corporate and social clients.

You will conduct outbound calls, meetings, site visits, and present proposals, while coordinating with Operations, Marketing, and F&B to deliver successful events. A four-year background in sales within events or hospitality is preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, catering, or venue sales.
• Strong outbound sales, prospecting, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and networking to generate new event business.
• Prospect and develop relationships with corporate accounts and event organizers.
• Identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, cold calling, and social networking.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, site inspections, and venue presentations.
• Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain updated leads and CRM with client interactions.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and F&B for successful event execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Generate regular sales reports and revenue forecasts.
