Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc. is expanding its Golden Bamboo Chinese Restaurant concepts and related services, seeking an Events & Sales Marketing Manager to drive event sales, off-site catering, and strategic partnerships across Bulacan and Metro Manila.

You will lead end-to-end event operations, secure new clients, and coordinate with our Meycauayan kitchen and teams to deliver exceptional experiences for weddings, corporate events, and gatherings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant marketing, catering sales, or event management in the F&B sector.
• Proven ability to drive B2B sales and close contracts.
• Experience coordinating off-site events and catering setups.

Responsabilités

• Manage external events bookings for on-site and off-site engagements.
• Act as secondary contact for large-format bookings (up to 200 pax).
• Oversee end-to-end off-premise catering across Metro Manila, Bulacan and nearby provinces.
• Identify and secure high-foot-traffic event opportunities and partnerships.
• Coordinate live food cart setups and pop-ups for events and birthdays.
• Negotiate cross-promotions with event planners and venue owners.
• Maintain relationships with delivery aggregators and booking platforms.
• Collaborate with central kitchen for event prep and staffing.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales targets for catering and private dining.

About the role

Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc. a sister company of Omnom Corp. is a growing food and hospitality group in Bulacan. Our flagship brand, Golden Bamboo Chinese Restaurant, operates three branches, a 200-pax function hall in Meycauayan, a central kitchen/commissary, and an expanding catering and events business.

To support this growth, we are looking for an Events & Sales Marketing Manager to lead our event sales, off-site catering, and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• External events booking with new leads and clientele base (on-site and off-site)
• Act as secondary contact for large-format bookings (up to 200 pax) at the Meycauayan main branch (weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, family reunions)
• Manage end-to-end off-premise catering setups across Metro Manila, Bulacan, and nearby provinces
• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-foot-traffic bazaar slots, corporate food fairs, and community events
• Manage operational readiness and branding for live food cart setups (dim sum, party carts) at private birthdays, corporate events, and pop-ups
• Pitch and negotiate cross-promotions with event planners, wedding organizers, corporate secretaries, and venue owners
• Maintain relationships with food delivery aggregators and event booking platforms
• Work closely with the Meycauayan Central Kitchen / Commissary for food prep, inventory, equipment dispatch, and staffing schedules for events
• Achieve monthly sales targets for private dining, catering packages, and bazaar cart rentals
• Book and execute at least 2–4 profitable bazaar or corporate cart activations per month

About you

• 3+ years experience in restaurant marketing, catering sales, or event management in the F&B industry
• Strong B2B sales skills, contract negotiation, local store marketing, and basic budget management
• Willingness to travel between Meycauayan, Makati, Naguilian, and off-site event venues as needed
• Familiarity with Chinese cuisine event planning (e.g., set menus, laeat/table seating styles) is a strong advantage
