5 ELK in Cebu City is seeking an Events & Engagement lead to drive the heartbeat of our culture, creating moments that connect, value, and pride the team.

You will own the full experience from concept to wrap-up, coordinating with departments to ensure every activity reflects the 5 ELK identity and delivers real impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, any field.
• Atleast 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Priorexperience in leading events and company initiatives.
• Strong English communication skills; empathetic,clear, and professional.
• Organisedand great at juggling a variety of activities in a day.
• Comfortable talking to department heads andstakeholders.
• Coachable,adaptable, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale events such as anniversaries, awards ceremonies, and seasonal celebrations.
• Develop creative employee engagement initiatives aligned to the company’s purpose, vision, mission and values.
• Organize small-scale initiatives like themed office activities, appreciation gestures, and workshops.
• Oversee club schedules and activities.
• Work closely with departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of events.
• Regularly update employees on upcoming events and gather feedback for improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day tasks of the team to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing and purchase merchandises.
• Ensure invoices and receipts are accurate and complete.
• Report budgets and funds to Senior Manager of People and Culture and Finance.

What You’llDo:

• Liaise with suppliers to confirmpricing/costing to purchase 5 ELK merchandises
• Ensure Billing Invoices and Receiptsare accurate and complete
• Manage accurate reporting to SeniorManager of People and Culture andFinance regarding event budgets and funds
