Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s Ticketmaster team in Cebu City is seeking a Tickets Operations Specialist to support ticketing systems, assist with call centre and box office operations, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will handle high volumes of inquiries via calls and email, help with onboarding, training, inventory, and process improvements, and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation across channels.
• Experience with Zendesk and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Call Centre and provide day-to-day ticketing support.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels.
• Assist with general and technical issues and escalate where necessary.
• Plan and manage operations during events as required.
• Provide onboarding support and training for new starters.
• Ensure agents and cashiers have necessary equipment and information.
• Assist in inventory management and equipment utilization processes.
• Handle customer challenges related to ticket sales and policies.
• Event follow-up with organizers as required.
• Undertake administrative duties and ad-hoc reporting.
