Job summary

Ticketmaster Philippines is seeking an Operations Executive to provide day-to-day ticketing support across Call Centre and Box Office, handling large volumes of customer queries via calls and email (Zendesk). You will work under the Operations Manager to ensure service quality and smooth event operations.

Experience in customer service, data processing, and basic ticketing systems is valued. This on-site role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays during events.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Proficiency with data processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Typing with high accuracy; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Call Centre and provide day-to-day ticketing support.
• Respond to customer enquiries via electronic communication.
• Assist with general and technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Plan and manage operations during events as required.
• Provide onboarding support for new starter training and ensure agents have necessary equipment.
