Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Management, Activation, Marketing, Retail Events, or related event operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing events, mall events, retail activations, roadshows, or community engagement activities.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, suppliers, venues, or event partners is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event and field environment.
• Willing to work onsite during events and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite execution of marketing events, roadshows, product launches, and community activities
• Oversee event setup, operational readiness, event flow, and attendee experience
• Handle onsite concerns and provide timely solutions during event operations
• Support guest coordination, registration, and event facilitation when required
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, agencies, production teams, and external partners for event requirements
• Manage event logistics including setup, event materials, equipment, transportation, and manpower coordination
• Follow up on timelines and ensure timely delivery of event materials and services
• Prepare event reports, documentations, and post-event recaps
• Assist in monitoring event expenses and operational costs
• Collect feedback and support evaluation of event execution quality
