Job summary

Wordtext Systems, Inc is seeking an Events Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute corporate events, partner activities, and internal initiatives in Makati. You will coordinate with Product Managers, Sales, and external partners to ensure aligned messaging and on-time delivery.

The role involves managing end-to-end logistics, venue sourcing, permits, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College graduate with bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Communications or related field.
• Min. of 1 year of experience in Events or Marketing preferred.
• Event planning and project management
• Good communication (written and verbal)
• Logistics and operations handling

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and executes corporate events, partner activities, and internal initiatives aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Coordinates with Product Managers, Sales, and external partners to align messaging and deliverables.
• Manages end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier coordination, permits, and on-site execution.
• Prepares event timelines, run-throughs, and ensures all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collaborates with creatives and digital marketing teams for event collaterals, promotions, and post-event content.
• Oversees registration, guest management, and attendee engagement for a smooth experience.
• Monitors event performance and prepares post-event reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Ensures proper documentation and compliance with internal processes (contracts, billing, accreditation).
• Supports company marketing initiatives, brand activations, and partner events.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
