Job summary

1AUDIO LIGHTS & SOUNDS CORPORATION is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Metro Manila to provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Department.

You will monitor event requirements, equipment, manpower, truck and logistics schedules, inventory, and documentation, acting as the central liaison among Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and event teams to ensure timely planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple events, deadlines and requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor equipment and event requirements, including approvals and availability.
• Prepare and monitor manpower schedules and assignments; coordinate with Accounting on rates.
• Plan and monitor truck and logistics schedules for loading, delivery and returns.
• Maintain daily equipment inventory, including releases, returns and discrepancies.
• Update and maintain operational tracking systems and records.
